Coaching
During the coaching phase, Colarity assists companies in identifying roles and responsibilities within their processes. This involves clarifying individual and team accountabilities to promote smoother operations and effective collaboration. Colarity provides a combination of leadership and team training to enhance the capabilities of both team members and leaders. Additionally, workshops, such as the Colarity Optimization Bootcamps, are facilitated to bring teams together and foster a collaborative environment. These workshops aim to identify process improvement opportunities and encourage the exchange of ideas and insights.
Phase 2 of Colarity’s process, known as Coaching, involves assisting companies in identifying roles and responsibilities while providing leadership and team training. As part of this phase, Colarity is certified to utilize the Actualized Leadership Profile and Actualized Teamwork Profile, developed by Dr. Will Sparks.

Actualized Leadership Profile
By utilizing the Actualized Leadership Profile, Colarity can assess the leadership qualities of individuals within the company. Actualized Teamwork Profile
The Actualized Teamwork Profile, on the other hand, focuses on assessing the teamwork dynamics within the company. It helps identify team strengths, communication patterns, collaboration efficiency, and potential areas for improvement. By analyzing the results of this profile, Colarity can provide targeted team training and facilitate workshops, such as the Colarity Process Bootcamps, to foster better teamwork, improved communication, and increased overall performance.
