During the coaching phase, Colarity assists companies in identifying roles and responsibilities within their processes. This involves clarifying individual and team accountabilities to promote smoother operations and effective collaboration. Colarity provides a combination of leadership and team training to enhance the capabilities of both team members and leaders. Additionally, workshops, such as the Colarity Optimization Bootcamps, are facilitated to bring teams together and foster a collaborative environment. These workshops aim to identify process improvement opportunities and encourage the exchange of ideas and insights.

As part of this phase, Colarity is certified to utilize the Actualized Leadership Profile and Actualized Teamwork Profile, developed by Dr. Will Sparks.
